Over a Century of Passion, One Extraordinary Cup

Nestled in the humid forests on the slopes of Volcán Barú, at nearly 1,900 meters, Don Pepe Estate has been producing exceptional coffee for five generations. This is not a commercial farm — it's a family legacy, built by the Vasquez-Flores family. The Geisha Washed is the crown jewel of that legacy.

About Panama Geisha

The Geisha variety is exotic and deeply expressive — with a light body, pleasant sweetness, and flavors ranging from berries and citrus to jasmine and gardenia. A profile so distinctive it has earned Geisha the nickname "the champagne of coffees." The washed process enhances every one of those qualities, removing the fruit before drying to produce a cleaner, brighter cup that lets the floral complexity shine.

Flavor Profile

The finest cups include notes of raspberry, apricot, peach, and green apple, with a silky creamy body and very aromatic citrus finish. Light roast preserves the delicate floral and tea-like character.
