Four Generations of Excellence

The story begins in 1880, when French engineer Joseph De Dianous arrived in Panama to work on the French Canal Company. His son Gabriel fell so deeply in love with the highlands of Boquete that in 1914 he purchased land in Bajo Mono and founded Farm Gladys — named after his beloved wife. Over a century later, the De Dianous-Fernandez family is still here, still farming, and still producing some of the finest coffee Panama has to offer. In 1997 they built Panama's first ecological coffee processing mill. In 1999 they acquired Farm La Fortuna on the slopes of Volcán Barú — where this Geisha is grown today.

Flavor Profile

Grown at 1,600 meters above sea level in cool, mist-covered Alto Quiel — with rich volcanic soil, natural water springs, and shade from native trees. The washed process strips away any distraction, allowing the bean's true character to shine cleanly. Expect a light roast with an elegant, refined profile: jasmine, bright citrus, floral aromas, and a smooth sweet caramel finish. Geisha at its most pure and expressive.
